  • For existing members, please enter your username and contact number.
  • If you’re a new member, you may sign up.
  • You can redeem your merchandise at the store, but availability depends on stock.
  • Points from online orders will be reflected within five business days. Kindly ensure that you’re logged in to your account before placing an order. Also, make sure that your contact number matches your ND Elite and website account.
  • If you redeem merchandise with an online order, we will deliver it along with your Nutrition Depot order.
