How do I order on your website?

Our website is very user-friendly! All you have to do is create an account (or log in if you have one already), add your desired items into your cart, fill in the shipping form, select your payment options and we’ll process your order right away.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, delivery rates start at Php140, depending on your order size,weight and location.

What are your payment methods?

We offer credit/debit card, bank deposit (BDO) and Gcash. Our customer support team will contact you about your delivery.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

The COD option is currently unavailable.

Do you have same day delivery?

Premium Delivery is available in select Metro Manila areas for a shipping fee of ₱300. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays will be delivered within 24 hours. Please note, this service is not offered on weekends or holidays, and orders after the cutoff will be processed on the next working day.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery lead time within Metro Manila is 3-5 business days. For orders outside Metro Manila, it may take 3-10 days depending on your region. We do not process orders or make deliveries on Sundays. The daily cutoff of orders is 2PM.

Who is your courier?

Metro Manila, Taytay, Cainta, Antipolo, and San Mateo are delivered by GoMoto. Cavite is delivered by Lalamove. All other provincial areas are delivered by LBC.

How can I track my order?

For Metro Manila, you will receive a text notification once your order is scheduled for delivery.

For LBC, we will send your tracking number and you may track here: https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/

Do you have physical branches? Where are you located?

We have 8 branches all over the Philippines, You may check out our list of branches here.

Are your products safe to take for everyone?

Our products are FDA approved, and are definitely safe to take by any physically fit
person. However, some products are not recommended to be taken by pregnant women, or persons with heart problems. We always recommend to consult first with a physician before purchasing.
