    Energy Chews are an easy and convenient source of carbohydrate to help maintain blood sugar and performance during hard and long workouts. We use slightly more water for an improved texture that makes them easier to chew and only real fruit for flavor, for a clean, natural, and incredible taste. It’s like a gumdrop that’s actually a delicious high-performance fruit-drop.

    • What are Sport Energy Chews designed for?
      They’re quick, chewable carbs made to keep you fueled when you’re working hard. Each serving gives you fast energy in a form that’s easy to carry, easy to digest, and easy to eat on the move before or during a workout or event.
    • Why not just use gels or bars?
      Chews are semi-solid, which makes them easier on the gut than many gels and easier to eat than bars during high-intensity efforts. They also give you control—you can easily eat one or two at a time instead of consuming a full gel.
    • How do Sport Energy Chews give me energy?
      Each chew packs a combo of glucose and fructose — two carbs that use different pathways to get into your bloodstream. That means faster absorption, steadier energy, and more fuel for your muscles to keep going strong.
    • How many should I eat per hour?
      Start with one full packet every 30–45 minutes during hard efforts. Each packet has 80 calories and 19g of carbohydrates. Most athletes aim for 40–100g of carbs per hour depending on how long and hard they’re going. Adjust up or down based on what else you're eating or drinking (like Sport Drink Mix or energy bars).
    • Do they melt or get sticky?
      Our chews are semi-solid and built for pockets, packs, and all the weather. They stay firm in heat and won’t turn to goo (unless you have an extended stay in the Sahara). If it’s cold out and they stiffen up, just warm the pack in your hand or tuck it in a jersey pocket for a bit. (They’re not shy.)
