    Instructions on How to Prepare

    1. Step 1: To cook pasta, use a large, high-sided saucepan and add ample water — between 500ml to 1 litre per 100g of dried pasta.
    2. Step 2: Bring the pan of water to a boil and then add the pasta. Salt (1 tsp) can be added to the water beforehand or alternatively, a small amount of olive oil can be used.
    3. Step 3: After boiling for 10–12 minutes, carefully remove a piece of pasta from the pan, allow it to cool, and taste it.
    4. Step 4: After cooking the pasta, let it sit for a minute or two to dry before combining it with any sauce or dressing.
