Are your products safe?

Every last one of our products are certified by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and are totally safe if the manufacturers’ guidelines are followed.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery cost depends on the item that you will purchase. For provincial address, shipping cost is a bit higher than Metro Manila.

 

Shipping on provincial areas is via LBC.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If your order is placed before 2 pm, it will be picked up by our courier the same day, and it should arrive 2-3 days within Metro Manila and 3-4 days if outside Metro Manila.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will provide you with a tracking number and you can check it at our couriers website at www.metrowidecourier.com and enter your tracking number we provided you.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, please send us an email via this form, explaining what the issue is. One of our staff will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?

We generally do not accept returns, as all goods are double-checked prior to shipping; once upon arrival at the warehouse, and once prior to shipment. If there is a genuine problem with the order, please provide us with photograph(s) of the defective items, along with a written explanation detailing exactly what the issue is.
